The Application fees in respect of administration and reference are detailed below are inclusive of VAT (20%) and are payable once a tenancy has been agreed with the landlord. We are unable to process an application for tenancy until the application fee is received.

All tenancies are for a fixed term. If the tenancy is renewed for a further fixed period a fee of £50 per tenant is payable to cover our administration. This charge is payable each time a tenancy is renewed irrespective of the length of the renewal.
Late payment fees – an administration fee of £25 will be charged for each letter sent by Parklane relating to late or non-payment of rent.
