Fees

If applying for a property with Parklane the following fees and procedure applies:

Application Fee(s)*
The Application fees in respect of administration and reference are detailed below are inclusive of VAT (20%) and are payable once a tenancy has been agreed with the landlord. We are unable to process an application for tenancy until the application fee is received.

• Individual application: £160
• Family application: £220
• Company application: £275
• Guarantor application: £50**

Payment can be made through our offices by debit/credit card or via our website www.parklaneproperties.com/payment. Please note we do not accept cash payments in any circumstances.

*There is a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments.
**Guarantor fee payable if application by referencing fails and a Guarantor is required.

All tenancies are for a fixed term. If the tenancy is renewed for a further fixed period a fee of £50 per tenant is payable to cover our administration. This charge is payable each time a tenancy is renewed irrespective of the length of the renewal.

Late payment fees – an administration fee of £25 will be charged for each letter sent by Parklane relating to late or non-payment of rent.
